Scribe Forms and Data Collection

Scribe has a very flexible integrated form building module.

The Scribe data collection module allows the creation of custom forms suitable for any use case. Using a simple drag and drop interface you can add fields from our large selection of field types including simple text, formulas and select lists. Scribe forms can also dynamically change based on the data collected.

For example if you name the room 'Kitchen'  you could have a very different form compared to naming the room 'Bedroom.'  The same principle applies to all our forms. You can generate your own forms or we can assist you with it. We are happy to work with you until your forms are perfect.

The Scribe portal allows users to build forms and attach those forms to the following:

Sketch Elements:

- Sketch as a whole
- Walls
- Doors
- Windows
- Rooms
- Notes
- Symbols or Objects

Each of these elements can have their own form with built in logic both within the form and when the form should show or not. Example: You may want the room form to be available for a kitchen or bathroom but not a study or lounge.

Forms can be prepared for property valuations, energy calculations, building condition surveys, safety surveys, insurance data collection, building compliance surveys and many others uses.

All data collected is saved using JSON files which can be used to transfer data two ways, in and out of Scribe. Multiple programs can access the same data at the same time.
